🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll contact you via email if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard (U.S.): 3-7 business days
  • Expedited (U.S.): 2-3 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.

Domestic & International Shipping

Currently, we ship ONLY within the United States. In the future we hope to expand shipping internationally. 

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our hands. For items damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.


🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@eerieelegancedecor.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
